iTunes offers a good syncing photo from iPad to computer. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Download and install the iTunes app on your iPad, connect your iPad to your computer and select device to be used.

Step 2: Click on Photos and select the photos you want to import.

Step 3: Click on Import Selected to start transfer.

Step 4: You can also select Import All New Photos to your computer
